At Mars Colours, the attitude towards the customer is not sale-centred, but performance-oriented. We try to make sure that our products perform on the customer’s work floor. Towards that end, we have a technical services cell to offer product-plus inputs. Not only does our technical taskforce make a pre-sale assessment of the compatibility of our products with your processes, it also stays in touch with you to troubleshoot post-delivery problems, if any. The cell also undertakes other activities like process audit to streamline operations at your end.
